We offer updates, e-control-updates, hotfixes, prerequisites and license files via a FTP-Server.

If you have no access to the server, there might be a missing enable in a firewall (local, net firewall, router).
Enable: FTP
Protocol: TCP
Port: 20 – 21
Passive Ports: 60000-65000
Communication port: 80
Destination adresses: ftp.edvklaes.de and 182.92.176.56and 195.4.137.240

Please contact your system administrator or your IT-consultant, so they can adjust the needed enable in the firewall.
